A nice malatang place in udistrict! You can build your own mini hotpot bowl, and they have lots of options. Service is serve your self style, where the bowl comes out from a window. You can adjust the spice, and be aware that there is a minimum weight limit (0.75 lb I believe? I forget exactly), but this amount of food is good as a dinner anyway so it shouldn't be too big of a problem.

My comfort place :) I really like YGF! Everyone gets to pick the ingredients for their own bowl (either soup or stir-fried), which makes it very fun! I like trying new pots every time I go. Really wish they had rice though Also if you add them on WeChat you can get a free sprite or coke!

Very good food I've had the dry mixing too which was unique I rather enjoy it and there's no service besides taking a number but the ambiance is bustling.

This is a solid place, I really liked the concept of the food being weighed by the pound, plus there's a variety of things to add to the soup; my favorite is a fish ball with roe. I always recommend just getting the ramen noodles compared to other noodles because it is better for the amount of money + it can get you full. Anyways the inside is spacious but be prepared to be crowded during weekends or normal dinner times. There isn't much service besides them cleaning up the table, and food can come out really fast or slow (it varies)
